Dr. James (Jay) Cunneen , Host of Hot Topics for Educational Leaders

Dr. Cunneen is the host of the www.InTimeTV.com show, Hot Topics for Educational Leaders that airs each Saturday at 11:00 am. James (Jay) Cunneen has had a long and varied career in education.  He has taught at all levels of schools:  elementary, junior high school, high school, junior college and university.  His educational experience includes serving as a math department chair, assistant principal, principal and superintendent. As a superintendent he worked in predominately low income minority districts both at the elementary and secondary level.  His education concluded with a doctorate awarded from Northern Illinois University.  Presently he is heading the chief school business officials program at Governors State University.  Jay has been married for over thirty years to his wife Pat who is a retired kindergarten teacher.  They have two children; Blake, an investment banker and Kelly, a law student.
