Association Exec's is hosted by Jack McInerney and Susan Allehoff. This program is for association executives who are CAE's (or want to become CAE's). The topics will focus on the day to day opportunities and challenges that face CAE's today. Program topics will include organizational management, fund raising, staff development, volunteer coordination, 990's, legal issues, and regulatory mandates. Guests on the programs include AMC's, academicians, authors, CAE's, industry specialists and other professionals who share their perspectives on the ever challenging world of association administration. Program hosts: Jack McInerney, MSIS; Host of Association Exec's

Mr. McInerney has served on numerous NFP boards over the last three decades in various capacities, which have included fund raising, executive administration, member development, event planning, and by-laws. His national board service includes The FBI Citizens Academy, The Korean War Veterans Museum, and The US Select Service System (board member Region 1, Sec 13-096). Jack's local NFP board service has included Carthage College-Social Sciences Advisory Committee, (Charter member), Illinois Public Policy Caucus (government reduction Caucus Chairman), Lincoln Legal Foundation (Charter member), Chicago Council on Foreign Relations (YP Board), Federalist Society (Chicago Lawyers Chapter) Other local volunteer committee service was March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, JDF, Lincoln Park Zoo Society, Easter Seals, Chicago Maritime Society. Jack's technical NFP's were The Association of Internet Professionals and TROU Computer Group (Macintosh, Director and Treasurer), Jack's Financial group work has included service on exchange committees at the CBOT and CME. He served on the Index, Debt & Energy Market division of the CBOT (Chairman), Japanese Stock Index (chairman) US Dollar Composite Index (chairman), Market Promotion, Education, Floor Planning, Simex Orientation, Dow Jones Technology, New Member Orientation, Library Center (sec), and Pit Committee (chairman) Jack has also worked in the political arena, most notably as the Midwest Field Director for Presidential candidate Steve Forbes. He is presently an Adjunct Instructor at Prairie State College (Math) and prior to that he has conducted institutional training seminars in the financial and exchange industries. Jack also has been a guest lecturer at Carthage College, Robert Morris University, Washington College, the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the University of Taipei. Jack hold a BS degree (Suma Cum Laude) in Computer Science from Robert Morris University and a MS degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Roosevelt University. He is also the founder of the InTimeTV network.

Susan Allehoff, Co-Host of Association Exec's

Ms. Allehoff has an extensive background in association management, so she brings an in-depth outlook to the program. After leaving the magazine publishing industry, the majority of her professional career has been dealing with the nonprofit sector of which six years were spent working for an association management company and nine years in education. Susan joined InTimeTV specifically to share her expertise and open new media opportunities for AMCs and their clients to remain relevant in today's marketplace. Her well-developed marketing communications background, extensive business experience and specialized Internet-related knowledge span a range of services including integrating e-marketing strategies, maintaining and maximizing websites, and managing web-related projects and client relations. Susan's education coupled with strong technical and design knowledge have given her the core skills needed to interpret and translate business, functional and user needs into online solutions. Susan has a BA degree in journalism and mass communications from Iowa State University. In addition to being a member of the International Webmaster's Association, she continues to refresh her knowledge base and stay active in the industry through a variety of professional development courses and seminars.
